The good news is that we are open to the public again.
We are introducing a new appointment system for picture framing services, printing services and for viewing art for sale.
To view the gallery or bring in picture framing work etc, please contact us to arrange an appointment.
You can phone the gallery between 10:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Saturday.

We are closed Sundays and Bank Holidays.
A 60 minute consultation slot will be allocated for picture framing services, printing services and art viewing.
A 15 minute slot will be allocated for collections of framing and printing.
We will do our best to accommodate people with their preferred first option appointment as much as we can. If you need to cancel your appointment or you are running late, then please let us know as soon as possible.
Anybody who turns up without an appointment will have to wait outside until the gallery is vacant from booked customers, we can then arrange a future appointment.
What happens when I visit?
Please do not visit if you are unwell, have any COVID-
Please check that there are no other customers inside and if there are, please wait to one side outside until they have left. If there are no other customers inside, please wait by the entrance door and wait to be invited in.
We are limiting visitors to one person or one couple from the same household per visit.
For Your Safety
We want to create a safe environment for our many friends and customers in the aftermath of the lockdown, to absolutely minimise any risk. Additional safety measures are in place within our gallery to make a visit to us safe and less stressful to you our loyal customers at this time.
It might look different, but we promise you the same old friendly and professional service!
Face masks/coverings are now mandatory unless you are exempt, however we can provide you with a disposable face mask if you forget yours.
Due to the new appointment system, safeguarding of customers and staff, our picture framing and printing services are taking longer to complete.
Here at Kingswear Gallery we work on a first come first served basis to be fair to all our customers. We will let you know the approximate completion date of your order on your consultation appointment. When your order is ready we’ll contact you to arrange a collection appointment.
If you need your order more urgently then we will do our best to accommodate this, but you are more restricted on which framing options we can offer. * An additional fee may be charged.
Our suppliers at the moment are not back to normal so there are times when there are additional delays. We will keep you posted of any changes. We hope that this will improve as time goes on.
Sometimes things unexpectedly go out of stock, a second choice alternative may be used. Prices will be amended.
Christmas is fast approaching so please think ahead. Be aware that the run up to Christmas we are extremely busy so please get your orders in and book an appointment as early as you can to save any disappointment.
We’ll need to see if this new format works and keep reviewing it.
