Payments

The right to refuse or restrict any order is reserved.

 

First Order

Your first order (online, phone, fax or post) must be delivered to the address your card is registered to. This is to protect you from the increased threat from Internet and Credit Card fraud.

 

Payments by phone.

By credit & debit cards:

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card will be charged for the full value of your order on authorisation.

By cheque and postal order:

  • Cheque's and postal orders should be made payable to Kingswear Gallery.

Payments online.

All payments are accepted through the secure PayPal payments system; this allows you to pay from your own paypal account or by Credit/Debit Card (You are not required by Kingswear Gallery or paypal to create a paypal account if you do not wish to in order to complete a transaction)

The right to refuse or restrict any order is reserved.


Delivery (UK Only)

Please allow 7-10 days for delivery; many items are hand produced to order. You will receive an email when the item has been dispatched. If we believe delivery may take a little longer, we will advise by email as soon as possible. If this impacts your requirements, please let us know when placing your order, or contact us first for an estimate.

 

Non UK residents

If you live outside of the UK, then please contact us first with your requirements and location and we will respond ASAP and let you know if we are able to fulfil your requirements.

 

Refund Policy (UK only)

We hope that you will be delighted with the products you receive from Kingswear.
However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, it can be returned for a full refund (excluding Post and Packaging costs) within seven days; provided the following conditions are met:

  • Please contact K/G prior to dispatching the items to obtain an authorisation note. Please advise what the issue is so that we may resolve the situation as speedily as possible.
  • Please ensure that the goods are packed in their original packaging or equivalent so that the goods are received in resalable condition; if you are unsure about a print, please keep it in its original clear fronted wrappings if it is print only, until you have decided to keep the item.
  • You are responsible for all return post and packaging costs; for your own security and peace of mind, please use a recorded delivery service and ensure that you obtain sufficient insurance for the items you are sending.
  • We are unable to accept the return of items after seven days.

 

Use of this web site

The copyright owner will not be responsible for damage (including damage caused by viruses) to your computer or software or any losses suffered by you as a result of accessing the material.

You will not, without the copyright owner's prior written agreement:

  • reproduce or redistribute any of the material;
  • or alter any of the material;
  • or alter or remove the copyright owner's copyright notices on the material.

 

Privacy

In plain english:

Firstly, we'll never sell or share your information with anyone else (unless legally required to do so).
Any financial information from credit & debit cards made by telephone or direct in retail premises is treated confidentially and is stored in a controlled Secure area. Financial transactions through Paypal is controlled completely by the paypal financial department and is entirely separate to our merchant Card system.

Information we do collect in whatever capacity is handled with great confidentiality and is not passed on to any other organisations; this includes:

  • Information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our web site services, email notifications and/or newsletters.
  • Information about your visits to and use of this web site (including geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit, page views;) this is collected by our hosting provider and we use this to asses the performance of our web site.
  • Any other information you choose to send to us when you contact us.

How we use information collected

  • Enable your use of the web site
  • Send you goods purchased via the web site
  • Send Statements and invoices, collect payments from you as appropriate
  • Send email communications requested by you

We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
