Terms and Conditions

Stock
As we are manufacturers; we do get busy periods. We can be out of stock of particular items and are subject to unforeseen circumstances which can delay delivery times. In the event of an item being ordered that is actually out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible via email, phone or text message.

Custom Made Products
Almost all the products on our website fall into the category of custom made products. Including some of the items that are listed as standard sizes as we make them all to order. Where a custom made product has been supplied correctly, we are not able to offer any exchanges or refunds. Please ensure the measurements you are entering into our website are correct. If you are unsure, please call us before ordering to double check that the sizes you are entering are correct and you are clear on our measuring guides.

Prices
All prices, unless otherwise stated, are displayed in GBP inclusive of VAT at rates for goods and services.
Our VAT Number is 545 412 360. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payments
We accept most major credit and debit cards payments at our Gallery and securely by telephone transaction, including, Visa Mastercard.

Cash/Cheque payments are available when collecting your order/s or purchasing from our Gallery. Cheque's payable to Kingswear Gallery Ltd.

By placing your order with us you are giving us permission to charge your credit or debit card for the total balance displayed. If your payment is not authorised or declined we will attempt to take the payment a second time after a short period of time. We may also contact you via email or phone to inform you of the unsuccessful transaction and update your payment details.

Delivery Policy

Local Delivery
We can collect, frame, and deliver your picture free within a five mile radius from our Gallery. There will be a charge over the five mile radius. We only deliver locally up to the West Yorkshire boundary.

Please contact us to make an appointment for this service. Times available are between 9:30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Subject to staff availability and how busy we are.

Maximum frame size for this service is 1100 x 1600mm. For very large oversized pictures and bulk orders, a van and driver can be arranged for delivery which will incur an additional charge.

Courier & Postal Delivery
Acrylic protective glass will be used in all framed pictures that are requested for delivery by post.

We will dispatch all our made to measure products after the time of manufacture. If you have an urgent requirement please contact us first.

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated individually using your postcode from your delivery address. All deliveries are UK standard unless requested otherwise. Delivery prices start from £8.90 upwards relating to the item, size and weight of the product being posted. All deliveries take place Monday to Friday. Please allow 7-14 working days for your order to be processed and then delivered, many items are hand produced to order. You will receive an email or phone call when your order has been dispatched.

If we believe delivery may take a little longer (during busier times), we will advise by email as soon as possible. If this impacts your requirements, please let us know when placing your order, or contact us first for an estimate.

Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged in transit, you must notify us via email as soon as possible of receiving the order. We will require you to email us a photo of the damaged item and it's packaging, upon receipt we will send out a replacement item as soon as possible.

Returns

We are a very caring business and go to great lengths to ensure your items are delivered to you in perfect condition. Occasionally, mishaps can happen and we guarantee you that we will do our very best to resolve the situation amicably, and that you are totally satisfied with your purchase.

If you have received goods which are defective in material/workmanship or have received goods which are not the goods placed on your order you must inform us within two days of signature of goods. We do not accept returns unless agreed and arranged by us.

General

It's important to understand that the colours and material finishes shown on our website may appear different depending on your computers monitor calibration. For this reason, if the exact colour is important to you, we recommend ordering a sample from us before going to the expense of purchasing your full frame.
